Upload component articles, pictures and ad files ( Existing FTP Account ).

The uploading of component files like articles, pictures and ads will continue as it has. These files will be uploaded to the existing FTP account. Since we will be reviewing and proofing all pages through InSite, only incoming files from AAA will be in this FTP.

Reviewing PAGE designs completed by Bayard ( New InSite “AAA Page” Account ).

Page layouts completed by Bayard designers using the component files will be posted in the InSIte “AAA Page” Account. This account is set up with the same issue folder designations that have been established and used all along. However, the InSite “AAA Page” account will only contain individual completed pages connected to a specific issue, not the complete paginated issue. Page layouts in this account should be reviewed with corrections and changes submitted to Bayard.

NOTE: Approving pages in this stage means the page is ready to be placed in the layout.

Submitting PAGE Corrections and Revisions ( New Online PAGE Change Form ).

Changes to pages posted in the InSite “AAA PAGE" account should be submitted Bayard using the online “PAGE Change Form” linked to the PAGE account. The form has been designed to make submitting corrections easy and orderly. The only information the user has to enter in the form is their email address, the issue, the page number and the change itself. If a file needs to be uploaded as part of the change, it will be linked to the change by uploading the file through the online PAGE form.

After changes are completed, the pages will once again be uploaded to the “AAA PAGE” account replacing the previous page for further review and additional revisions, corrections or approval if satisfactory.

Each time a page is changed, it will be posted in the InSite “AAA PAGE” account for further revisions or approval. After a page is approved, it will be inserted into the paginated final lnSite "AAA LAYOUT" account.

Reviewing the LAYOUT completed by Bayard ( NEW InSite “AAA LAYOUT” Account )

The final layout will contain all common and issue specific pages and will be posted in the InSite "AAA LAYOUT" account. This account is also set up with the same issue folder designations that have been established and used all along. "AAA LAYOUT" account will contain the complete paginated file which will after review and approval go to print. The issue should be reviewed carefully with corrections or revisions submitted to Bayard.e needed at this stage, please use the linked “LAYOUT Change Form” to submit them to Bayard.

NOTE: Approving pages in this stage means the page is ready to print with no further corrections or revisions.

Submitting LAYOUT Corrections and Revisions ( New Online LAYOUT Change Form ).

Changes to layout posted in the InSite “AAA LAYOUT“ account should be submitted to Bayard using the online “LAYOUT Change Form” linked to the LAYOUT account. This form has also been designed to make submitting corrections easy and orderly. Here also, the only information the user has to enter in the form is their email address, the issue, the page number and the change itself. If a file needs to be uploaded as part of the change, it will be linked to the change by uploading the file through the online LAYOUT form.
